Lisa Pohlman, LCPC, Art Therapist

Earned a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY and is Licenced in the State of Montana as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Therapeutically, I orientate toward an Attachment, Trauma Informed Care, Grief, Loss, Bereavement and Mindfulness-based Art Therapy perspective. In session, art materials are provided in a safe environment to aid in the expression of one's personal narrative and remembrance. Meaningful artmaking affords opportunities for children, adolescents, adults and families to increase relational security, reflect, become empowered by personal choice, rethink and restructure one’s personal narrative, develop problem solving skills, process emotions and build tolerance. Holding relational space, I companion you while becoming witness to the life enhancing, transformative possibilities of meaningful art making. I welcome you on the journey.
